I had a lovely stay at OYO The Pier Hotel in Rhyl. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. However, the noise levels from outside the hotel were a bit noticeable at times, though they didn't significantly disrupt my comfort.
